About
Acupuncture is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine: a gentle, non-invasive, naturopathic medicine that uses acupuncture needles to stimulate the invisible energy lines on the human body, which acupuncture calls meridians.
By the acupuncturist’s careful placement of the needles, energetic balance is restored, and with it the person’s health. Acupuncture has been practised for several millennia in China, its homeland, but it has since become a treatment method valued around the world.
It is an effective health system without risks, which more than a quarter of the world’s population now turns to.
