Who is responsible
These pages are published for the practice of Simona Vargatu, Strada Octavian Goga 29 c, Sibiu. For a request about personal data, the phone number is 0723 651 266.
The processing described here is that of the site and follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the law applicable in Romania. The text may be changed. The version shown on the site is the one in force. Last update: 23.10.2026.
What this site does
The site is a static presentation. There are no accounts, there is no contact form, and no messages are sent to the practice through these pages. A phone call or a visit to the practice does not pass through the site.
The WhatsApp button in the corner of the page opens a chat to 0723 651 266 only if you follow it. The message goes through WhatsApp, not through this site, and the button does not load a widget.
What data the site processes
The site does not ask for a name, phone number, or email address, and it does not store data sent by visitors. Through these pages it does not collect special-category data, such as health data, and it does not ask for data of persons under 16.
We do not use visitors’ data for marketing and we do not pass it to marketing or web-analytics providers.
Map
On the home page, the Booking section loads a Google Maps map. The browser requests the map directly from Google, which may receive the IP address and may set its own cookies. The link “Open the address in Google Maps” opens Google Maps only if you follow it.
Visit measurement
A tracker starts only after Accept, and only if the measurement id has the expected form. Visit measurement is not active at the moment, so nothing is loaded and consent is not requested. The key in this browser, when measurement is configured, is acupunctura.consent.
Cookies
The Cookies page describes what is saved in the browser. There is no authentication, form, or marketing cookie. The choice about measurement, when the id is configured, is kept under the key acupunctura.consent and is not a cookie.
Your rights
You can ask us, at the phone number above, to confirm whether we process your data and to provide a copy, to correct or complete it, to delete it, or to restrict the processing, in the cases provided by the GDPR. Where the law provides it, you can ask to receive the data in a form that can be transferred.
